I PRAY FOR THIS COUNTY EVERYDAY

Next you will hear people defend Dictator Troy because he will blame the commissioners for our pay being less than other countys . Troy likes to blame the commissioners for everything , he says they will not give him a budget and that all of the money that he makes with EMS they take from us and keep in the main account . Dictator Troy Bain also says that he can not hire people to work at JCEMS becasue the commissioners wont let him or because they take too long to meet , every problem he says is there fault for not hiring people .

When I asked Dictator Troy Bain last year about why we didnt get any covid money he told me the commissioners did not want to give it us , then when kanawha ems got a big covid money christmas bonus Troy told me in a meeting in his office that the commissioners didn't want to be embarrased so they will give us the hero money too.

It does not matter if anyone likes there boss or not , if the boss is a tryant with anger outbursts who is known by everyone to threaten employees almost everyday then that is a problem . If there are supposed to be 4 ambulances and a shift commander but there is only 2 or 3 then that is a problem to , it should not matter who is telling the truth but that it is the truth

A story for you , JCEMS supervisors have told Troy Bain many times that the box he picked to put the pain narcotic drugs is are not approved . They should have two keys to get in but the box Troy liked only had a padlock , that is too big for the box , so without opening the box anyone could just remove medications

Many people have told him this is a not good thing

Troy the Dictator will not change anything without it being his GREAT IDEA , hence he will never listen to anyone and when some EMT or PARAMEDIC has told him that it makes our license at risk he has threatened to fire us because if we wont do what he says then he screams like a tantrum toddler.

APPARENTLY DIRECTOR BAIN IS OUT TO HUNT THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE SHARING THE STORY OF HIS TANTRUMS.

THIS IS NOT SURPRISING WITH HIM.

THERE WAS ONE EMPLOYEE A WHILE BACK THEN WHO WAS A MEMBER OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES AND HAD BEEN HURT. THEY NEEDED SOME TIME TO GET BETTER.

TROY DID LIKE THEM AND FIRED THEM.
HE WAS JUST ANGRY ONE DAY AND THEY WERE GONE.

BELEVE ME WHEN I SAY THAT WE ARE ALL AFRAID OF DICTATOR TROY BAIN EVERYTIME WE COME TO WORK.

HE IS WHY SO MANY DAYS THERE ARE LESS THAN 4 AMBULANCES STAFFED FOR DUTY.

DYK that JCEMS is funded with a special tax in Jackson County call a levy?

That tax is paid with the promise that everyday there will be a fully staffed 911 service to come when you call for help.

Director Troy Bain has promised the Jackson County Commission and the citizens that he will provide a SHIFT SUPERVISOR who will respond to all emergency calls county wide.

The Emperor with no clothes Troy Bain has also promised that there will be 2 ambulances during the day in Ripley, 1 ambulance during the day in Kenna, and 1 in Ravenswood.

But if you look at the open records for ambulances since Troy has seized power and begun his toddlers tantrum of terror on the fine men and women of JCEMS you will see that there have been so many employees who have left and so few employees who Troy can trick in to working for him that many days there aren't enough people to come when you call 911.

Some times there will be 25% less ambulances available in Jackson County.

More often then not Troy will be stuck with only offering 60% of the available units to respond to 911 calls.

But what's worse is that in December, after another one of Troy's rampaging fits of fury and foolishness, his mismanagement got so out of control that he left the entire county with HALF of the 911 ambulances and ZERO shift supervisors.

And then at night, for MONTHS, he would leave the county with just HALF of the promised and PAID for 911 service and resources.

Citizens of Jackson County Troy Bain is not only ruining our career EMTs and paramedics he is also taking your hard earned money in his tax levy for EMS and then not providing you the number of ambulances and hours that he's promised you!

It's not because the county can't afford to run the EMS system but it is all because of Troys dictator approach to demeaning and threatening good employees each and every day.

Help SAVE JCEMS from Dictator Troy Bain and call the Commission and ask them to open an investigation in to morale and employee perceptions of Troy today.

So many incredible providers have left JCEMS since Troy became dictator, I mean director.

One example was a tenured paramedic who recently quit for a job farther away but without having to live under the constant threat of the emperor with no clothes.

She had already been told in so many words that it didn't matter how good she was at her job Troy would never promote a woman.
