Patina Vie is our life long celebration of tumbled imperfection, history, any style that can’t be manufactured, planned, or duplicated. It lives in the real moments of everyday and gets better with time. Patina Vie is simply a charming front door to our authentic life + style. (So glad you’ve found us)!!
Sarah Willett, boutique-style product designer and antiquarian, has forever been obsessed with history and all things stylish. Working behind the scenes for other companies and retailers for 20 years as a product developer, branding agent, stylist, and designer.. she yearned for a chance to share her own fashionable eye and lifestyle through her own authentic brand.
PATINA VIE was born in 2012 and headquartered out of her charming garage loft.. humble and sweet beginnings for Sarah and her talented team.
Within the first few years, industry leaders such as One Kings Lane, Neiman Marcus, Anthropologie, and Selfridges in London quickly came on board as retail outlets for PATINA VIE’S glistening wares.
Notably, a co-branded partnership that launched in 2017 with DISNEY infused a global audience to the charming PATINA VIE brand nestled in the emerald countryside of Wisconsin. PATINA VIE for DISNEY products were designed by Sarah and her team for several films (Beauty and the Beast, COCO, Aladdin) and now in the works a full collection of tabletop and entertaining products for each of top DISNEY PRINCESSES is due to launch in late 2020.
Summer 2018 welcomed PATINA VIE’S brick and mortar flagship store, in Sarah’s beloved hometown of Ripon, WI. A three-story beauty brimming with antiques, luxe PATINA VIE goods (bedding, glassware, dinnerware, rugs, lighting, furniture), fresh flowers, marvelous treasures and curiosities (European antiques and dusty vintage taxidermy).. people from all over the country flock to the charming downtown for a chance to experience the PATINA VIE lifestyle in person; as well as to engage the interior design branch of the business for an even more personal dose of authentic PATINA VIE.
Spring 2019 was a brilliant display in 2,000 HALLMARK Gold Crown stores, as PATINA VIE for HALLMARK was launched for Mother’s day gifting and celebrating.
PATINA VIE is a wildly entrepreneurial brand and lifestyle. Sarah’s mantra is to simply say “yes” to every intriguing opportunity (no worries if you don’t know quite what you’re doing.. just trust your gut, give yourself credit… and fly, darlings, fly)!!
