Good Morning!
What a lovely spring day.

My drop off/pick up policy has been decided to be on a permanent basis.
I have a deck box located outside by my door. Drop off, when is convenient for you, any items you'd like to be embroidered or repaired, along with instructions and your name and number. Feel free to give me a call anytime at 651-233-8309.

Hello everyone!
Isn't the sunshine wonderful?
I would love a beautiful snowfall though....sorry. (not sorry..teehee)

So here's the scoop on how Kathy's is operating these days. Not much has changed really since the last post.

I am still in business...doing sewing and embroidery.
Although I'm not open to customer walk-ins....until further notice, that is.
I do, however, have a drop off/pick up box out by my front door.

Just mark/pin your items to be altered...
(make sure to attach your name and phone number).
Either call or send me a text to let me know you're dropping them off.
When they're ready for pick up, I will contact you to find out when you'd like to pick them up.
At that time I'll place them in the drop box where you can leave payment in the form of cash or check. (I will offer card payment if it's a larger amount)

I know we have seen things similar to this before, but this time there is absolutely a NEW Facebook being put into play, and I am not taking any chances...so I am posting this.
In the commotion around Covid 19, remember the new Facebook rule starts where they can use your photos. Don't forget the deadline is today! This could be used in lawsuits against you. Everything you've ever posted is posted today - even messages that have been deleted. It doesn't cost anything, just copy and post, better than regretting later.
Under UCC Law Sections 1-207, 1-308... I am imposing my Reservation of Rights...
I DO NOT ALLOW Facebook or any other Facebook related person to use my photos, information, messages or messages, both in the past and in the future. This statement I inform Facebook that it is strictly prohibited to disclose, copy, distribute or take any other action against me based on this account and / or its contents. This account content is private and confidential information. Violation of my personal life may be punished by law.
NOTE: Facebook is now a public organization. All participants should post a note like this.

Hello everyone!

Along with all of you, Kathy's Embroidery is also in a season of transition.

After much consideration, I have decided to make some operating changes to the shop.

Kathy's is open for all your sewing/embroidery needs, but on a limited basis for the time being.

My focus will now be more on sewing/embroidery and less on alterations.

For safety reasons of all concerned, I will no longer be open to walk-ins or offer services that require close contact. (pinnings, fittings, etc)

My hours are completely open & flexible for drop off & pick up with a call or text ahead to let me know when you'll be stopping by.

I have provided a drop box outside my door for your convenience.

Feel free to give me a call anytime at 651-233-8309.

Good Morning!
After much thought, I've decided to close the door to my shop for a few weeks.
If you have items to pick up or an appointment scheduled, please feel free to call and we'll make other arrangements.
Soon this will be but a memory and our normal lives will resume. That will be a day of celebration!
Until then, be patient and have faith.
