Happy Father's Day to all the dads, father figures, bonus dads, grandpas, and wise souls who show up with love, laughter, and a few wonderfully terrible jokes. ☀️💛

Today's little collection of dad jokes is a celebration of the people who remind us not to take life too seriously, who teach us through stories, and who somehow always know when we need a laugh.

We are 8 hours early but we want to welcome in all the good vibes the solstice has to offer!!! The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and the height of the sun's power.☀

Spiritually, it serves as a bridge. While it is the height of outer brightness, it is also the threshold where the days begin to shorten, reminding us of the natural balance between light and darkness.

Across many ancient traditions, the solstice honors the earth's bounty, fertility, and the full blooming of the intentions set earlier in the year.

Here are some practices you could do tomorrow to celebrate the occasion:

Sun Salutations & Yoga--Many practitioners use sun-focused movement (like doing 108 Sun Salutations) to honor the sun's energy. It is also closely associated with balancing the Solar Plexus chakra (governing self-esteem and personal power).

Nature Connection--Spending time outdoors barefoot, meditating at sunrise/sunset, or journaling about what you want to "harvest" in your life over the coming months.

Creating Flower Crowns--Used in many Pagan and Wiccan traditions, flower crowns represent the peak of nature's bloom and are thought to ward off malevolent energies.

Welcome to A Little Bit Hippy's beginner tie-dye class!
Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of tie-dye! No experience is needed and class is open for all ages!
We have all necessary supplies and guidance to help you create your own unique designs, so come through and make some groovy dyes with us!
Class Cost is $10 per participant and includes your first item to dye. *Attendee must provide their own items. We ask that items brought with you be washed and clean. **Additional items will have a $5 fee added per item to cover costs of dyes

***If you do not have an item to dye, we have a wide selection of blank items for purchase.
The entire process is about 30 minutes so feel free to come anytime between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm. This class is a walk in based class so no need to register or make an appointment.
