Now, with growth comes a little housekeeping so I can keep things organized and continue giving every order the attention it deserves:

✨ Invoices are back! All orders will now receive an invoice. Your order is not officially placed or added to my production schedule until your invoice has been paid.

✨ Invoices are due within 48 hours. Unpaid invoices do not hold your spot, and turnaround time will be based on the date payment is received.

✨ Need it ASAP? Rush orders may be available depending on my workload and will include an additional rush fee.

✨ Design approval matters. Final approval must be given by replying “APPROVED” by text or DM. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may require an additional fee.

✨ Please send all order details upfront—correct spelling, sizes, colors, dates needed, photos, names/numbers and any other important information. This helps me get your order right the first time and keeps production moving smoothly.

✨ Turnaround begins AFTER payment and all necessary information has been received. Asking about an order does not secure a production spot—payment does.

I’m putting these systems back in place because O’soFancy is GROWING 🙌🏽 and I want the experience to stay smooth, professional and enjoyable for both you AND me.

💖 A Little Transparency…

Running a small business comes with highs, lows, and unexpected expenses. My current printer has served O’soFancy well, but it’s time for a replacement so I can continue providing the quality and turnaround times you all deserve.

Instead of asking for donations, I want to do what I love most—create.

My goal is to raise $1,000 through sales to help purchase my replacement printer. Every shirt, memorial ribbon, yard sign, sports order, and custom creation brings me one step closer.

I’m a full-time working mama of four, entrepreneur, creator, and the owner of O’SoFancy Customs. I built this business from the ground up with faith, determination, and a whole lot of motivation from those who love and support me.

Graduation Season 2026 has been one for the books! 🎓💪🏽

I pushed harder this year with limited resources and went into the season with low expectations. But, as always, my supporters showed up and showed out. Because of you, I gained new clients, connected with amazing families, and was able to create products that I’m truly proud of.

At this time, I am officially done taking graduation orders for the week and shifting gears toward Father’s Day, sports season, birthdays, and all the other custom creations you know and love.

Thank you for every order, every share, every recommendation, and most importantly, for trusting O’so Fancy Customs to bring your visions to life. Your support never goes unnoticed, and I am beyond grateful.
