‘Old School Rule’ by Legitkits. I ended up doing an internet search of King Tutankhamen’s funerary mask for this quilt. Finishing it was a fun challenge. Now to see about getting ‘Walk Like An Egyptian’ out of my head.

I couldn’t be more proud of my husband, Chris Werth . He finished 19th in the NASCAR ARCA series at
Watkins Glen International racetrack this weekend. Seeing my favorite person in the whole world living his dream was worth all the work & worry. Before the race he surprised me by putting my long arm quilting business on the front of his hood. Love him ❤️

I made this ‘super’ king quilt so I can tuck it under at the foot of the bed. That of mine likes to pull covers all night long. It is 120inches by 109inch! Brimfield awakening leave-in hexi forms were used for the hexi flowers. Didn’t have a pattern, just kinda played things out….
