Berry Fun Yarns Naturally dyed yarn created with plants grown on our farm, Firefly Berries, as well as a few other natural dyes we purchase. You can also order online.

We do not have a store front, but are set up each Saturday morning (from May through October) at the Rochester Farmers Market, located outside at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds (7:30 am - 12 noon).

It’s been a busy couple of weeks since I last put up a video on YouTube. We’ve been through severe weather, went on a trip to San Francisco, watched our grapevines wake up and start to open their new leaves, and I even finished four pairs of socks! I hope to put out a video by the end of the week, but until then, a few pictures!

This past winter brought some rough times for me, but out of it came these two new designs, now available on Ravelry and our farm website, fireflyberries.com.

I am proud to introduce the Rough Patch Hat and Cowl. Both are knit using a single strand of DK weight yarn or two strands of fi*****ng weight held together. They feature my version of the knot stitch interspersed with calm stockinette sections. Pattern includes written directions and a video tutorial. Thanks in advance for supporting my small business!
