Who are you supporting?

Meet two of our incredible children-artists, and loving siblings, Ayden and Amelia! 💛🎨🖌️

Ayden’s story began with a trip to urgent care for stomach pain that unexpectedly led to a life-changing leukemia diagnosis. From August until the week before Christmas, he and his family faced a long hospital stay filled with intensive treatment, a bone marrow transplant, and serious complications. Through it all, Ayden showed resilience beyond his years.

With his very brave sister Amelia, his 10/10 bone marrow match, by his side, alongside his family and a care team who became like family, he kept moving forward one day at a time.

There were long days on 7N, time in the ICU, and difficult setbacks that no child should have to endure. There were also moments of joy and hope: friendships formed on the unit, Halloween celebrations in the halls, and caregivers who continued to show up for him.

We are so grateful to Ayden and Amelia for sharing their story and their wonderful drawings. Their artwork is helping us give back to them, as well as other children facing similar battles, bringing “Artwork By the Kids, For the Kids” to life.

TODAY’S THE DAY 💛🎨🌈🎉

Tailgate Trends is proud to announce that our 2026–2027 Golisano Children’s collaboration Project is officially LIVE.

Since May, we’ve had the privilege of working with children throughout Golisano Children’s Hospital, spending time with them, collecting their artwork, and bringing their creativity to life through this very special project.

With the help of 35 incredible child artists, we were able to make “Artwork By the Kids, For the Kids™” possible for another year in a row (4 to be exact!); it is a collection featuring the children’s actual artwork transformed into something you can wear.

This Project is about so much more than a piece of clothing. It’s about giving these children a chance to create, celebrating their personalities, and turning their artwork into something that helps give back to other children and families going through some of their hardest days.

A portion of every purchase will be donated directly to the Pediatric Oncology Department at Golisano Children’s Hospital to help provide meaningful resources and support for their patients. 💛

We are so proud of this one, and even more grateful to each of the 35 children artists who helped bring it to life.

A few years ago, we set out to do something that we had not seen before in the area, or really anywhere at all. Since then, this Project and mission has taken on a life of its own, and thanks to your support, it has had the power to help so many lives, and in more ways than one. We are honored that we get to keep doing this in order to make our community a better, more loving place. 🌈💖☀️❤️🧸🎨
