This can be such a crazy time of year. Consider setting your alarm 15 minutes earlier to give yourself time to sit in the quiet with a cup of tea or coffee before your day really begins. Fifteen minutes can make a huge difference, even if you're just enjoying watching the snow out the window.

Clear the clutter and you'll have energy to move ahead in new directions. When our spaces are cluttered we can't see how we could possibly do one more thing - new or otherwise. When you de-clutter the you'll be able to put your attention and energy on reaching your goals.

As someone who struggles with being on time I'm practicing adding in a 5 -10 minute cushion and it's lovely! The best is when I'm early and can sit in the car and listen to my book if I get to the appointment early. Give it a try!
