Happy Birthday Cha Cha Cha was born out of the desire to bring some much needed joy to the lives of children living in poverty. There are so many wonderful organizations that serve to make their holiday season a bit brighter, but I was not aware of any organization that focused on birthdays. We identify elementary schools In the neighborhoods with the highest levels of poverty And we adapt the K -

2nd grade classrooms. On these children’s birthdays he or she receives two new toys, a book and a 'Cha Cha Cha Bag' full of Basic necessities that includes socks, underwear, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and a few grocery items including Birthday Cake Oreos. We've only just begun and already the support has been wonderful. Summer Donation Drive
We stock up on supplies all summer so we have an idea of how many students we can commit to for the upcoming school year.

Each Monday we will select a wish list item and share the best deals we’ve found. All donations shared across all of our chapters.

That's a wrap for one of our favorite programs, Happy Birthday Cha Cha Cha! 🥳🎉🎁
The 25/26 school year has come to an end! Today, we are celebrating the fact that 245 birthday bags were gifted to children in our community this year.

Happy Birthday Cha Cha Cha partners with schools where 90% or more of students are living below poverty. We provide joyful gifts and everyday essentials for children on their birthdays. We are entirely volunteer based, inviting youth and community groups to participate in donation drives and gift assembly.

Each bag contains: 1 pack of underwear, 1 pack of socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, 1 bar of soap, 1 book, a ton of non-perishable food items, 1 package of Birthday Cake Oreos and two age-appropriate gifts!!!

By recognizing children on a day that might otherwise pass unnoticed the organization helps remind students that they are seen, valued, and cared for by their community. We simply can't do this work without our community support.

Annnnd that’s a wrap on the 25/26 school year!!
Across 3 chapters, 4 school districts, 16 buildings, and countless volunteers we provided birthday gifts for - 3200 students living in poverty.

CNY HBCCC- Had a great shopping trip at Compassion Coalition getting a big box of Bomba socks, underwear and toys! Thank you to our friends there!
