I got to help prepare a brand new Soma store to open this week. White House Black Market and Soma are sister companies, so we all work for the same parent co. The new Soma is right across the street from my WHBM store in the Village of Rochester Hills. To see how we transformed the store on Monday when 250 boxes of bras, panties and pajamas arrived, to the gorgeous store that opened to the public yesterday was pretty cool! Local friends stop in and shop at the new Soma! Oh and please admire all of the mannequins....I dressed the majority of them. 😂😘

It is crazy nice weather in Michigan today. How is it in your neck of the woods? Today's look features a lace turtleneck over a black tank, straight leg distressed jeans and combat booties, all from White House Black Market.

Also I am making progress with my curly hair. I finally got a good day 2 after a few frustrating weeks with the curly girl method.

How to transition a sleeveless denim dress into cold weather wear? Put a turtleneck under it and throw on some tights and booties! Add colorful earrings. This look can be worn all winter long.

Summer weather is hanging on for a few more days it seems! Perfect day to wear this summer top from White House Black Market as well as this gorgeous studded pencil skirt. The material of the skirt is so comfortable! Once it gets colder, I will pair it with tights and a black turtleneck. I am also loving these Ann Taylor pumps.

Happy Friday everyone! Got any exciting plans for the weekend? I will be cheering on Italy in the Euro Cup final against England....since ahem my team lost (Spain 😭).

Go slay the day! I know I will because I am sporting some fresh hair color. 😂😍 It always feels nice to get a color job to take away the brassiness caused by my well water. Anyway I hope you have a spectacular day. Remember to move your body, eat healthy foods and be grateful you are breathing! 😄

Life is short, it is precious and it is fleeting. I got a big reminder on Saturday when I witnessed the aftermath and victim of a fatal auto accident while driving back from Chicago. It was very tragic, but also reminded me to live life to the fullest! Chase your dreams, follow your heart, take the trip, find your passion, do something you love, wear your fancy clothes, and most of all love people. ❤

Today's outfit is a mix of old and new. Vintage Cabi skirt that is probably 8 years old with a new cotton racerback tank from LOFT. Vintage Stella & Dot necklace and current season earrings. Sandals from White House Black Market last year.
