‼️WIN SOME COFFEE‼️

I found out today that our software tracks the NUMBER OF ROASTS we’ve done since we bought our roaster in February of 2025. Whoever can guess closest to the number without going over will win our Late Knight sample packet bundle that includes one-cup samples of four coffees ☕️☕️☕️☕️ One guess per person. I am using the number that I saw as of earlier this morning, and will announce the winner tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8pm!

Hints: We roast about one pound at a time, started officially selling in July of 2025, and just started prepping for Covered Bridge Festival today 😅

HERE’S OUR UPDATE! But first, a little of our origin story because what better time to share about our beginning than—spoiler alert—at our end…sort of.

Anna is the green thumb behind The Emerald Hour while I (Tisha) am the coffee roaster at Late Knight Coffee. We were assigned cake duty (literally the best cake I’ve ever tasted made by Golden Forrest) at Rockville Retro’s Grand Opening last summer and quickly bonded over our FOMO of having a vintage booth in the store. We never thought it would actually happen.

What started with a last minute space for CBF that we threw together in about one week 😅 turned into a full-time shared booth upstairs when The Yellow Elephant was born. We have had so much fun sharing a booth, but when more space opened up in a different area of the store, we pretty quickly agreed that it was meant to be.

So we present to you… our new spaces upstairs! Tisha will remain as The Yellow Elephant and can be found just outside of the Fly Finds Vintage room. And Anna is on the opposite side along the middle of the back wall and will be selling under The Emerald Hour. Please give her a follow!!! 🐘☕️🪴
