I don't know if any of you ladies have been playing with anything AI, but I like to dabble in it almost daily. As I continue to test new programs, I tend to see the same thing repeated over and over. The way that women over 40 are portrayed.

Here's an example with the simple prompt that I used:

I considered making my wardrobe more modest to accommodate the fact that I was a woman with gray hair who is aging. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, that’s also a thought mixed with a little fear based on the perspective and perceptions of other people and not fully being true to who I am.

So, there will be days when I cover myself completely and other days when I show off everything that I have…and I’ll celebrate both! Why? Because I can and I want to and you could too.
