🚨 JUSTICE SERVED: Illegal Med Spa Operation Shut Down 🚨

Rosa Mena, 50, has been sentenced to 3 years in prison and 5 years probation for running an unlicensed medical spa out of a backyard shed in Port St. Lucie.

The case came to light when a victim suffered partial facial paralysis after receiving 62 units of Botox at "Miracle Hand and Spa" - a makeshift operation that put people's health at risk.
