This post is bittersweet….. For more than 4 years, we’ve had the pleasure of seeing all your sweet faces at our flea market location….. and I’ve really made some great friends that have become like family.

As many of you know, my wife and I have 6 children and they are growing up fast. And, though I love this business, Ive missed out on a lot of sporting events, family gatherings and events. My family needs me to be home more and I dont want to miss anymore special moments or memories. I also have a full time job that is requiring me to work some on the weekends.

Allow me to be transparent for a moment….Since the beginning of the year, We’ve been hoping for business to turn around and the truth is….. it just hasn’t happened. We’ve seen a significant drop in foot traffic and sales are down 60-70% from this time last year. That, coupled with the rise in cost of merchandise and shipping has made it difficult to stay profitable in the space that we are currently in. There are many weekends yhat im not even able to cover my expenses.

So, with that said, we have decided to close our flea market location permanently and focus solely on local and regional vendor events and festivals. Our last weekend at the flea market will be September 27th and 28th. Just know that I’m grateful for each and every one of you. I’ve truly enjoyed hearing your stories and watching your children grow. Thank you for your continued support and be sure to watch the page for our events and festival schedule.

I want to say thank you to everyone that reached out to us this week as we were closed last weekend ,due to a family emergency . Our son is stable now and we look forward to reopening this weekend and seeing all of your beautiful faces. We have 4 new outfits hitting the racks this weekend. I will be posting pics sizes and quantities in just a moment.
