This month Pride Fitness gave out awards for enCOURAGErs. Pictured are 3 of the 4 this month. They received free SPS shirts for this award

Tonight at Pride we gave out headbands to the first 148 people to arrive at circuit.

It’s been an honor to be able to sponsor Pride Fitness during Mental Health Awareness Month.

While a shirt may not fix mental health issues, a movement of people can.

Civic Memorials 4x800 team set another school record today. 8:09.44

I personally ran track one year and the 4x800 was a regular event for me. I was no where close to these young men right here. But from a personal standpoint running is one of the best things for not only physical health but mental health.

This Month SPS is giving a shoutout to the Lane Family but especially Liam Lane!!!

1st Place at USA Winter Nationals, IKWF Future Finalist, and IKWF Regionals. And the Bethalto Bulls Wrestling Clubs first 2X Bantam State Champion
