As many of you know, Sew Cute Designs is truly a labor of love. This week, I'll be stepping away for a few days to enjoy some much needed vacation time with my wonderful family, breathe in the salty air, and thank God for the many blessings He has poured into our lives.

Before leaving, I was able to source so many beautiful vintage fabrics, and I am already dreaming about all the new creations they'll become. Lord willing, I'll be hitting the ground running when I return with fresh inspiration and lots of new treasures for the booth.

If you need anything while I'm away, please send me a message. I may be a little slower to respond, but I'll get back with you as soon as we're home.

Thank you for supporting this little business and allowing me to do something I truly love. It is such a blessing to create beautiful things and share them with all of you. I am grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️

Have a wonderful week, and God bless!

❤️ Customer Spotlight & Friend Appreciation ❤️

My sweet friend, Sharon Bradshaw Thomas , snagged these quilt top pants, and I couldn't be happier! These were easily one of my top 10 favorite pieces I've ever made. I was so proud of how they turned out, and seeing them on Sharon makes me love them even more. They look like they were made just for her!

Of course, Sharon could make anything look adorable, but what I love most about her isn't her style, it's her heart. She is one of the kindest, most encouraging, and uplifting people I know. Her faith shines brightly in everything she does, and she has a special way of inspiring those around her.

I am so incredibly blessed to call her my friend and thankful for the support, kindness, and joy she brings into my life.

Love you, Sharon! ❤️

Who's ready to see some new stock?!?

I have been working HARD behind the scenes, and I am so excited to finally share some of my newest creations with you!

As I prepare to stock the booth with ponchos, tanks, peplum tops, and other one-of-a-kind pieces, I've been reflecting on this journey. Sewing may have started as a creative outlet, but it has become so much more than that.

Every quilt, doily, and embroidered linen that passes through my hands represents hours of someone else's work and creativity. I take time to appreciate that craftsmanship, and I pray over every piece I create and the person who will eventually take it home.

The truth is, I only started sewing about a year ago, and garment making has been an entirely new challenge for me. There have been countless moments when I've felt completely unqualified and unsure of what I was doing. Yet time and time again, God has faithfully provided the knowledge, creativity, and perseverance I needed to keep going.

This isn't a post looking for praise. It's a testimony. Through every seam, every mistake, every late night, and every finished piece, God has been teaching me to trust Him more deeply. My hope is that when you see my work, you see more than fabric and thread. I hope you see a reminder that God can do amazing things through willing hands, even when those hands feel inadequate. ❤️

"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness." — 2 Corinthians 12:
