π£ A LITTLE POLICY UPDATE π£
Weβve updated our return & pre-order policies, and we want to make sure you know exactly how everything works before you shop! β€οΈ
β¨ PRE-ORDERS
Many of our goodies are available as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, the amount charged at checkout is a non-refundable deposit that reserves your size & style β it is NOT the full purchase price.
Once your order arrives, weβll invoice you for the remaining balance + shipping. Pre-orders are a commitment to purchase and are final sale, so they cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
β οΈ RETURNS β EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1
Approved returns will have a 15% restocking fee, with the remaining amount issued as store credit only.
For example: Return a $100 item β receive $85 in store credit.
The 15% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanges, defective items, or items we sent in error.
A few important things to remember:
π Returns are store credit only β no refunds.
π You have 3 days after delivery to contact us about a return.
π We must receive your return within 14 days of delivery.
π Return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable.
π Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have tags attached, and be free of odors, stains, smoke & pet hair.
π Store credit must be used within 14 days.
π« FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE:
Clearance & sale items, pre-orders, jewelry & accessories, bralettes/intimate apparel, free promotional gifts, gift cards, store credit & discount codes.
β οΈ IN-STOCK CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on regular in-stock purchases are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds on cancelled orders.
