It's MONDAY!! ❤️ Time for a few updates!

First, I want to say THANK YOU! We have had a TON of new customers over the last month, and I am SO incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!
With growth comes a few growing pains, and there is something I really want to address because I have been getting A LOT of emails regarding order updates.
Mi Free Fall operates almost ENTIRELY on PreOrders!

🔥Here are a few VERY important things to understand:
❤️ Every PreOrder has its own ETA! Not all items have the same turnaround time. Many of our fully custom items have an ETA of 4 to 6 weeks.
❤️ Some items can take up to 8 weeks.This doesn't happen with every order, but depending on production and the size of our order, it CAN happen. That is why it's called an ESTIMATED time of arrival, not a guaranteed delivery date.
❤️ The ETA starts when the PreOrder CLOSES, NOT when you place your order! All orders are submitted together once the PreOrder closes. This is SO important to understand!
❤️ The ETA is listed at BOTH the top and bottom of every PreOrder! I do this intentionally because I want everyone to know what to expect BEFORE purchasing.
Let me give you an example!
The first round of 1/4 Zips, Vests, and Pullovers closed on September 27th and the order was placed on September 28th. That means the 4 to 6 week ETA starts from THAT date, not the date you personally placed your order.
Typically, I do NOT keep PreOrders open for two weeks. Most are only open for ONE week! However, these were extremely popular and also very time consuming with all the custom options, so keeping them open a little longer just worked out better this time around.
I completely understand that waiting 4 to 6 weeks (sometimes longer) isn't ideal. Trust me, I wish I could make things arrive faster too! But with the fully custom items I offer, especially those with little to no minimums that are produced overseas, there is simply no way for me to shorten that production & shipping time.
The tradeoff? I'm able to offer you SO many more designs, schools, and custom options without requiring huge minimum orders or charging outrageous prices!
And THAT is what makes this PreOrder system work!
I know this shopping model isn't for everyone, and that's completely okay! But I do ask that you PLEASE take the time to read the ETA before placing your order so there aren't any surprises when you're wondering where your items are.
I am ALWAYS happy to help, but when I'm receiving emails asking for updates on orders that are still well within their listed ETA, it takes a lot of time away from getting new items added, processing orders, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.
I promise, I want your orders in your hands just as much as you do!** ❤️
