Beautiful vintage magazines, one of a kind, postcards and pictures, and some far out booklets. Perfect for scrapbook, history buffs, or someone looking for something small to start collecting. Lots of Saginaw history in these bins as well as some amazing decorative ideas. Boxes put out fresh today.

Things are moving along! But, we’re now in need of the right folks for a big job:
We are looking for a licensed builder/contractor for the building’s ramp. Our intention is a wood ramp, and this is going to be a literal LONG project (like 72’ of long).

If you know of anyone who might be willing/wanting to take this on, please have them message us through Facebook or call Jim at 989-395-2589.

We wanted to wait and do a few “before & after” posts, but hey…it’s Sunday night. The “Afters” are still a long ways off...

We wanted to wait and do a few “before & after” posts, but hey…it’s Sunday night.

The “Afters” are still a long ways off, but here are pics from shortly after we took possession of the building.

And before any comments:
1) We are using the entire first floor as retail, this is just part of that floor. We will also have retail in the large offices (not pictured here)
2) As far as square footage goes, the area you will be able to access verses what we have now is about the same.
3) Every item pictured is now gone.

SOLD!!

We are starting to figure out what we want to take and what we are deeply discounting for our MOVE!

First up: great cottage core tall cabinet. Reproduction piece made in the late 1980s by David E. Smith and Company out of Morrow, Ohio. 

Measure 78 inches tall and 30 inches wide at the base. Clearance price is $75 (original price was $250!)

Does not need to be picked up the same day however it will need to be paid in full in order to hold.

And don’t forget the dollar room! So much has been added the last few days.

First, we would like to say that whomever this individual was, we hope they are ok.

Someone took out our front ramp railing also damaging the cement and lawn with their vehicle last night. Our neighbors at Wakeman’s took the biggest hit to their sign.

We do not yet know who this individual was or what may have happened, but Saginaw PD were on scene late last night/very early this morning🙏

🚨🚨Coming summer 2026!!!🚨🚨

It’s true…Jim and I have purchased this beauty. Court Street Antiques will be moving to this Saginaw gem (bonus points if you already know the building)!! Date TBD as there is LOTS to do.

For now, we are still open in the old location.

We look forward to sharing with you details on upcoming moving sales, building updates, and callouts for help!
