The new LLK Ellery is so cute! I followed the reverse applique tutorial on their website to add the hearts. I made the color blocked and cropped jacket version. It's already gotten so much use!

I saw this hem detail on a store bought shirt once and loved it. The thread looked the same color inside, but in natural light it is definitely two different shades 🤦‍♀️

I've been sewing the first year of my rainbow baby's clothes. My goal is to make the majority of her wardrobe. This is newborn to 6-months, and I think it is going great so far! I really prefer all in one outfits versus separates, so I did a lot of rompers.
This project has been my therapy throughout pregnancy and helped me cope with really tricky prenatal anxiety. Now that she is here, it feels so special to dress her in clothes that I put so much time and love into.
