I had someone ask me the other day what does Dirty Tailgates mean. It can mean whatever you do to keep your tailgate dirty. Rather it be hunting or fishing but the last couple weeks it’s been working on these skull mounts. Point is do whatever makes you happy just keep your tailgate dirty. 🦌🦃🐊🎣

It’s been a good hunting season. It came and went fast. We got to do an Alabama hunt and one of my goals this year was a bigger deer with a bow. Every year the hunting gets turned up a notch I make a longer list of next year to dos. They say you grow out of things but being in the woods isn’t one of those🦌🦌

Been a good morning slow start to the season been here since Friday hadn’t killed anything was fixing to pack but decided to sit this morning. It sure paid off. Watched 2 bucks a while shot this 6 point the other buck wouldn’t leave even after me whistling talking on the phone finally I came down and he walked away. I don’t think it matters what you get that high after any kill is great. Thankful for the the time I get to spend in the woods and I’m not leaving empty handed. Thanks to my awesome ass wife for holding down the fort.

The day we have all waited for is just hours away now. Us here at dirty tailgates have had a blessed year of good health and enough work to get us to another opening day. We want to thank everyone for the continued support. As you load your trucks with dogs and guns we’re praying for a safe and successful season.
