Matte Finish:
• Soft, subtle appearance
• Blends naturally into fabric
• A favorite for traditional quilting

Slight Sheen:
• Reflects more light
• Makes stitching stand out
• Great for adding definition and detail

Neither is right or wrong. It all comes down to the look you want for your project.
