Been so busy the last few weeks. I am still getting dolls finished up and in the mail. Just feel like i haven’t had time to post on Instagram like normal.

A few days ago i found myself reading some posts about a little girl that had relapsed again after fighting leukemia over and over again. The next day i received a message from someone i know asking if i could make a doll for her little cousin. I realized pretty fast that it was this same girl.
So many prayers and so much love to this family💕

I’ve had so many orders lately that are marked as “gift”. So the order isn’t going to their home but to a niece, nephew, friends child, someone’s child that they follow on Instagram. I’ve even had a bunch of different orders lately where a boyfriend orders a doll with a surgery scar for a girlfriend. It’s been a lot of fun for me to see where these dolls are going all over the world. Also makes me so happy knowing and hearing about how happy it made the person receiving the doll.

I’ve had a few orders already that are for Christmas but i understand not everyone starts this early.

It’s funny to me how certain doll sizes are more popular at certain times. Right now it’s definitely the 12 inch size.
The 8 and 12 inch are a great size if they are for a child having a surgery. Or just for little hands to carry around.

About this time of year i start to realllly try and make time for extra dolls. Dolls that are ready to ship. I’ve started getting orders for Christmas and these extra dolls help fill orders for the Christmas rush. So as i work on regular orders i also add in some extras like this doll.

These dolls have been on my sewing table for a while. I made the dress for the 12 inch doll and i just didn’t like it. There wasn’t a real reason. Anyone else would have probably said it was fine the way it was. It’s been driving me crazy for way too long so today i started over and got it figured out. I also made little matching blankets.🌈

Just got back from the park with my little nephew. I can’t believe how much it’s cooled down in the last couple days. I’m kinda loving it!
Getting some embroidery done until nap time when i can go into my sewing room.
