This is a beautiful short sleeve dress. It was made in the early 80s. The shoulder pads are attached to the dress. There are small pitchers of shoes, watches, purses, flowers, candies and more through out the dress. It is a navy blue as the base color. The designer is Sheri Martin New York. The tags are still on this dress so it is new and never worn! The tag reads size 10.

The measurements are:

This is a very cute sailor dress. It still has the tags on it. The designer of this beautifully made dress is Miss Dorby Petites. There is a pink mark on the back left collar. I'm not sure if it will wash out or not because it is new with tags I do not want to wash it. The whole front vest is attached at the top of the dress and the bottom of the vest it is not attached but it ties behind the back to give u a nice sliming look. This dress also has shoulder pads. The tag says its a size 14.
