📣 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE
We have temporarily turned off online booking for alterations.
We’ve had an overwhelming increase in last-minute alteration requests, and our turnaround time is beginning to extend beyond our normal timeframe. In order to protect the appointments already on our schedule—and continue giving every garment the time, care, and attention it deserves—we need to slow down incoming bookings.
For the time being, all alteration appointments will need to be scheduled directly through our shop. This allows our team to review your event date and determine whether we can realistically accommodate your alterations before adding you to the schedule.
We know things happen and sometimes alterations are needed at the last minute but we can not accept any rushes even with an accommodation fee.
Our goal has never been to fit in as many dresses as possible. Our goal is to make sure the dresses we accept are done properly and on time. ❤️
