Replying to How does GTA IV run on Steam Deck? Being an olderish game it absolutely runs super well. Full native resolution and all high settings gets a good looking and running experience and of course you can tweak and of that down to extend battery.

Replying to How does Apex Legends run on the Steam Deck? Well surprising or not it actually runs pretty well and settings can totally tweaked to target a prettier visual if you’re willing to sacrifice battery. Main thing here is do you really *want to play here. It works, but it’s definitely not the best experience.

Valve just doesn’t seem to miss with the Steam Deck. For the Steam Summer Sale the 512GB and 64GB are on sale and looking like CRAZY value, especially the 64gig model. Don’t forget about the OLED model but if you’ve been looking to grab any of them on the cheap this is a heck of a time.

How much does the screen brightness affect Steam Deck battery? The 2 watt difference going minimum to maximum brightness is going to be of a battery on lower TDP loads but overall that’s still a pretty small battery footprint.

Replying to Motlapele While the Steam Deck is a baller as heck device and its Linux foundation provides many advantages multiplayer games is a point where it doesn’t shine. Thank anti cheats there. Not all are unsupported though so look around!
