We have received our first complaint today, as is business it was inevitable to happen. The individual sent photos upon arriving home for a second review with items and was displeased after the initial review, she sent photos of miss color on white, and one of the image completely pulling up leaving no residue on the shirt. She was issued a full refund for this inconvenience instead of redemption items, both were offered and they chose the former. We strive to have high quality products, and keep our own quality control garments in house (for every image I print you I print my own to make sure quality stays consistent.) On our end we did not see these issues, but again we strive for excellence and granted the request of the buyer. This is just a notice to let everyone know that we are here for the customer and we would like anyone who has had issues to please contact us and let us know if you have or have not. We do offer a 30 day return policy as most should have received upon receipt . We want to be as transparent as possible good and bad.
