🌺 Item will go to the first person whom we see claim first on our side. On everyone’s end, the lives shows differently on whom claims first. It really depends if you have a faster data speed or not.
🌺 Please understand that when claiming, you are agreeing to purchasing the said items. Should you have a change of mind, please do it during live so that others have the opportunity to purchase.
🌺 Cancellation out of live is allow up to 2x only, if after that, you will be banned and are no longer allow to shop with us. It truly takes a lot of time to invoice, so please do not waste your time and ours.
🌺 Exchanges or returns will only be allowed if we sent the wrong size, color or anything that was under our control. We will make sure to check our items for damage. Should they come damaged, it will be stated on our lives and be discounted.
🌺 Invoices will be work and sent within 24-48 hours. You have 24 hours to make payment after you received your invoice. Should you not pay, the items will be back on the market.

📦Shipping fee will be added to your invoice after the live once we get the weight figured out.
🚀 📦 All mail out packages will have a tracking number. Should you not received one, please let us know as soon as possible. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage packages once we drop it off. We will send you pictures of how the package is shipped.
