To our lovely supporters,

We are extremely grateful for how much you all have supported us last year. Especially in the last live! It was one of our most viewed, longest and interactive live EVER. That made us saw our potential and motivated us to do even more this new year!

However, being that it was the most supported live. It was the most we had to package. Our process and efficiency was definitely tested. We have gotten many messages due to error in orders, and we take 100% full responsibility.

We want to compensate you for our mistake like, free returns, or discounts on our next lives, etc.

If you’re still waiting to hear back from us, please be patient with us as the three of us still have our standard 9-5, plus the rest of our regular 24-hours priority.

If you’ve received your items, and there were errors in your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We will be flexible and are open to getting you your returns or correct pieces back to you.

We want to share our 2022 goals and be transparent about what we are hopeful for and working on in the future. Be on the lookout for that post.

Overall, we feel extremely grateful yet bad for how much error there were this past shipment and want you all to know that we want to build good relationships with you, and we are willing to compensate at where it makes sense. Again, there’s so much for us to learn. If you have any tips/ideas to help us, feel free to let us know! We love hearing how we can better run this small business, and most especially, support you.
