POV: When you’re the Creator, HR, & entire staff… and it’s time for layoffs 😂

I’ve been seeing many vid versions of this so here’s my take on it ✨

As a small biz owner, I’m always learning, adjusting & occasionally firing a few versions of yourself along the way. Change is scary, but it’s also exciting & sometimes creative growth means letting go of what’s familiar so there’s room for next.
