No one automatically has a ton of “down time.” Atleast no one I know. It’s something you have to prioritize & create for yourself. We must be so intentional with our rest & self care that you “carve” out time in your day to do things that provide you clarity, reset, & joy. It’s usually not something that will just happen unless you’re consciously & fiercely prioritizing what you need. Rewrite your story from “Well I just don’t have time for that, let’s be real.” to “I am going to create time & space for this even though I’m really busy because I choose to prioritize it for myself.”
