Florida Fur and Leather is a service business for fur and leather items. However our expertise has expanded to include a variety of leather items from ladies handbags to leather furniture. Our full range of services include fur and leather cold storage, fur and leather cleaning, alterations and restyling and fur and leather sales. In addition to our regular customers Florida Fur and Leather does a

big wholesale business for local dry cleaners. Dry cleaners are encouraged to contact us regarding leather cleaning and fire restoration services. Florida Fur was started as a business in St Petersburg in 1957. The business has operated continuously since then as a full service fur business. In 2003 leather services were added and the company name was changed to Florida Fur and Leather. The original building was constructed in 1957 specifically designed for fur storage. The building has been expanded twice and the interior has been renovated continuously. The Fur Building is a landmark in St. Petersburg located next to the Tropicana baseball field and easily accessible from Highway 275.

Try to depend on the help of the Spirit as you go through this day of life. Pause briefly from time to time so you can consult with this Holy One inside you. He will not force you to do His bidding, but He will guide you as you give Him space in your life. Walk along this wondrous way of collaboration with My Spirit.

To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. —Colossians 1:27

Spend time with Me for the pure pleasure of being in My company. I can brighten up the dullest of gray days; I can add sparkle to the routines of daily life. You have to repeat so many tasks day after day. This monotony can dull your thinking until your mind slips into neutral. A mind that is unfocused is vulnerable to “the world, the flesh, and the devil,” all of which exert a downward pull on your thoughts. As your thinking processes deteriorate, you become increasingly confused and directionless. The best remedy is to refocus your mind and heart on Me, your constant Companion.

Even the most confusing day opens up before you as you go step by step with Me. My Presence goes with you wherever you go, providing Light for your path.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” —John 16:33

Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always. —Psalm 105:4

Well folks after being in business since 1957...FLORIDA FUR AND LEATHER will be closing its doors May 30, 2015. It's been a wonderful run. Thank you to all our customers who have made it fun and rewarding....We thank you for all the friendships made, your patronage and support. Tom, Barbara and Pat are on to the next chapter of life. Thank you again so very much......
