These boots are not genuine leather. You can see the boot on the right has a thin layer of plastic that is peeling off. We have taken care of that on the boot on the left, where we covered it by a genuine leather patch. We will be doing the same thing to the boot on the right. I know the lady who owns them is going to be very pleased.

-1st & 2nd pictures show how bad of a shape the soles were in.
-3rd picture. Soles were taken off and a soft 1/4" cushion about to be installed.
- 4th picture cushion has been glued to boots.
- 5th picture, a midsole was installed and hand stitched.
- 6th picture, a Vibram outer sole is installed , boots cleaned, polished and new laces.

Casali Mirror soles, installed on these ChristianLouboutins. Most Cobblers use a cheaper version of protective soles. Always ask for Casali.

The soles on these hand made ORIGIN boots were supposed to be about an inch thick in the back, when brand new. When they came in they were down to less than 1/8 of an inch. Replaced with Vibram soles, cleaned and polished, and kevlar laces.
