RECHARGE!!! After the Eastern Shore Juneteenth event this weekend, I rested my mind, body, my spirit —to soak into all the love & relationship building that transpired.

I am big on energy work and as entrepreneurs we can over think, over work, and over do it so much so we feel burn out. My advice is to take deep breaths. Give your mind & body the break it deserves.

Recharge!! Then re-pace yourself back into a flow. Graceful work & experiences is what I want for all of us. Happy Tuesday!
