Nothing is better than your kids coming up to you and saying “I love you mommy” ❤️
This week I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how much I learn from kids each day. Lucy is so compassionate. She is always so aware of how to comfort and help people. She is patient and understanding. ❤️ Olivia is such a hard worker and very determined. Every day I can see how hard she tries to not let her temper take over. She is a fireball and is going to do great things! No one can stand in her way.

We are working day in and day out to give our spouses, our children and ourselves a place of refuge. We are building homes where we can love, learn and grow! We are doing the most important work. YOU are doing the most important work.
So tomorrow when the 100th tantrum is being thrown, you remember you forgot to switch the laundry 6 hours ago and you smell your dinner burning, take a deep breath and remember that this work is God’s work. He sees you. He loves you. He is so proud of the work you are doing.

Parenting win of the day: Lucy asked for the song that says “to the bride” while we were driving home. I then hear Livvy chime in “to the groom to the groom!” Teaching them young to love musicals 🖤 Bless Disney+ for giving me Hamilton! 🙏🏼
