Homecoming is right around the corner! This year's theme is: "Fun, Frights, & Friday Night Lights!" We will he posting details in the first comment with ideas on how to decorate your vehicles and floats, as far as color schemes and themes. The parade falls on Halloween morning and the entire weekend will be filled with fun and plenty of music and activities. Please call City Hall during office hours at 830-701-4100 for vendor information. Stay tuned for more info and an event page with all the details. We look forward to spending Halloween with our amazing community!

Dear Somerset Bulldogs,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support during this amazing convocation. 💙

Growing up in a small town teaches you that the people around you become part of your story. Somerset may be small, but the love and impact this community has had on me are anything but small. No matter how far you go, never forget where you came from or the people who helped you get there.

To everyone who supported Pako’s Tees, bought a shirt or sweatshirt, or simply told me, “I love your work,” thank you. Those words mean more than you know. Every bit of support gives me the motivation to keep going, finish school, and continue chasing this dream.

To my teachers and mentors, thank you for continuing to inspire me. And to Michelle Villanueva, thank you for creating moments that remind us that Somerset is more than a school district it’s a community, a family, and home.

I couldn’t ask for a better way to begin my fourth year of college. Thank you for being part of my journey and for reminding me where it all began.
