Store Policy
All items are handmade by me, therefore you may notice minor imperfections. I stand behind my work 100% and carefully inspect my items before they are shipped. Returns are accepted for craftsmanship issues that affect the function of the item only, within seven (7) days of receipt for unwashed/unworn items. Please inspect your new item within 7 days of receipt, BEFORE washing. If any
defects in workmanship are found please be sure to take pictures and notify me right away so we can take care of the issue. I cannot help you if you fail to notify me of such defects within the 7 day timeframe. Any attempts to correct the issue on your own will void my warranty to correct the workmanship defect on your new UNWASHED item. In this case, I will not issue any refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. Everyday wear and tear cannot be replaced or repaired. Incorrect washing or damage caused by washing is not covered in any way. I am not responsible for the misuse of an item I sell. Please pay invoice within 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.
