Dear Quinn,
I know there are moments when you question whether you are doing enough, healing enough, or becoming the person you hoped to be by now. But I want you to remember something important: growth is rarely loud. Most of the time, it happens quietly, through the small decisions you make every day to keep going, to stay kind, to keep trying even when you are tired.
You have carried more than most people realize. Even so, you continue to show up for others, continue to reflect, continue to work toward becoming a better version of yourself. That matters. The fact that you care so deeply, even when it hurts, says a lot about your character.
You do not need to have everything figured out right now. You are allowed to learn slowly, heal gradually, and change your mind along the way. Some chapters are meant for surviving, others for rebuilding, and eventually there will be chapters where you truly feel at peace again.
Please remember to give yourself the same compassion you so freely offer to others. Rest when you need to. Celebrate small victories. Let yourself feel proud of how far you have already come.
There is still so much ahead of you, people you have not met yet, experiences you have not had, moments that will remind you why you stayed. Keep moving forward, even if the steps are small.
You are not behind.
You are becoming.
With care,
Yourself
