My most recent project!! 💗A heart laced quilted banner for my sister and brother in law for their wedding this past sunday! 👰🏽‍♀️🤵‍♂️happy 1 week anniversary!!
• I really challenged myself by making the fabric letters and working with lace for the first time, (did you know working with lace makes you romanticize life? bc i didn’t)
• Also pictured is a framed picture of my welita— the woman who would’ve loved to see my sister get married and would’ve also loved to see this banner i made. She probably would’ve pointed out some loose threads i forgot to cut too 🤭 Anyways grief feels never ending but in moments like these i can see/ live her legacy through the love of my family. Forgetting her is impossible when i see her in my tia, my mom, my sister. I see her in every piece i made and i am forever greatful for my family. ♥️

This Winnie the pooh quilt has successfully made it across state borders to my cousin!!!🍯 I surprised her with this baby quilt for our newest addition to our family 👶🏽 ❤️ Because as Mr. Winnie the pooh said himself “you don’t spell love, you feel it” and i wanted to make sure baby arthur would be surrounded by love even if him and his mami are miles and miles away! ✈️
• I reused this blue sailboat fabric I gathered from ! which i felt was so fitting bc it matched with the previous colcha i made for Arthur’s Mami!

Made this lovely halloween quilt for a mommy to be! 🤰🏽🎃 I previously had bought this quilt kit from last year and when i heard the baby shower theme was halloween spooky vibes, i knew i had to finish this for her and her baby. 🍼 Anyways making this quilt was so relaxing and fun for me!! Also it’s so darn cute!! 🧡🖤🧡

Participated in my first ever group exhibition this past Saturday! 💗 I call this piece Stars over Big Bend, dedicated to the beautiful National Park ✨I visited this park with a group of my dear friends and seeing the night sky filled with an overwhelming amount of stars, surrounded by love and nature, I really thought this fit the theme of Stop & Breathe! 🌳Huge thank you to for putting on this show and also for purchasing this piece! 🙏🏽

Making this crib/baby blanket 👩‍🍼 brought me so much joy in seeing one of my besties, mimi amiga , family grow! It was my first time adding initials to a quilt but i’m so glad she requested it, it really is made just for him🩶🩵

I cannot emphasize how great/useful my design wall my partner built me has been ❣️ It’s so convenient to be able to see my quilt design before i sew the pieces together forever.

Yee haw!! 🫶🏽 Had sooo much fun gathering these fabrics and making this cowboy quilt!! 🤠 I was finally able to use these vintage western themed fabrics I had been hoarding! I also just love any excuse to use cow print 🐮 This western cowboy fabric by really tied the theme together!
Shout out to for providing some of the most unique fabrics in the 210! 🫶🏽
This quilt was also made for one of my dear friends who has continuously encouraged me to pursue this journey I now call Comfy Colchas™️ Sew much love was sewn in this colcha ♥️ and i’m so happy they have one of my pieces in their home now 🏠
