Being a business owner, my anxiety is non existent in terms of avoidance, it’s existent in terms of I fear letting customers down so I do my best to go above and beyond.

In my personal life however, anxiety attacks are routinely happening because I have the social battery of an overused toy still on the shelf in demo mode.

However I am trying to combat that with going outside more even just to walk around. I have a lot of ideas that bounce around in my head and I always feel like I could and should be doing more.

Does anyone else feel like that? But in reality you’re doing more than enough and you just need to learn to pause and take a moment to quiet your brain?
