Happy Friday NRD FAM!! Wanted to jump on here and send a quick reminder that YOU are literally made from star dust, which means we are infinite and our powers are limitless! Only issue is some of these aliens on earth want us feeling small and weak so we bend to their will. But we can choose to not only not bend but to fn WIN.
Some ideas to own it and win — go outside, nature is the quickest way to get some endorphins flowing, move your body: dance, fight, jump, whatever, listen to some dope music, watch an episode of your favorite anime or cartoon or anything else nrdom, write down your goals and do one task toward your goal right now! Most important, be yourself! Cuz ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
