Once your child is at least 9 months old and can sit upright unassisted, they should be ready to ride in the ZENO while you go running. However, every child is unique and develops at a different rate. If you are uncertain whether your child is ready to ride in the ZENO please consult your pediatrician prior to running.

For cycling your child must be old enough to wear a helmet and must be able to sit upright unassisted. Consult a pediatrician prior to using Cycling Mode if your child is less than one year old.

The ZENO can also be used at a normal walking pace with children from approximately 6 months old.
