Believe it or not my stitches looked like this from almost day one. 🧵

Not because I’m naturally gifted because I found the right stitch.

The Reverse Chain Stitch gives you that perfectly even, rounded lettering you see on name sweaters. It’s the stitch I use on almost everything.

When I first started I used a water soluble stabilizer to sketch directly on the sweater until I got comfortable with tension and placement. Now I write freehand.
