acebook or email and Paypal Invoices are sent out for payment. Once payment is received and confirmed, orders will be processed and filed in my queue. If you wish to receive your purchase quicker than your estimated delivery date you may "Rush Your Order" for an additional $30. This extra $30 is not for rush shipping, but to put your order at the top of the processing list. I will usually ship your finished item within 2-3 business days through USPS. Shipment tracking information will be provided when available. I use a combination of new and recycled packaging to save money and to help with recycling. US Domestic Orders :
Orders are shipped first class with USPS to any destinations in the United States. If you would like to purchase insurance, require delivery confirmation or need expedited shipping, please contact me for details on additional charges. International Orders:
All shoes orders will be shipped with First Class unless otherwise specified. Shipping usually takes 6-15 days and will come with tracking information. All other accessories will be shipped via international media mail and can take up to 15 days for delivery
Customs Duties & Other Fees:
Kal-Elle is not responsible for import taxes. Customs fees are dependent upon on the policies enforced by your country's government and postal system. I strive for customer satisfaction. That is why I make sure that everything that leaves my shop is up to par with my customers expectations. However, there are things that can and may happen, and I will do my best to insure that any and all issues or complaints are properly dealt with. Remember that I am human and can make mistakes. Cancellations & Returns:
I do not accept returns as all orders are custom orders and made to your specification. Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours after order has been placed. I do offer exchanges for sizing issues. If your shoes do not fit you have 5 days to contact me for an exchange. New pair will be maid and shipped out within a week of receiving the original pair. All items are hand-made, not mass-produced! There will be minor imperfections on all shoes. These imperfections are not considered damages to the shoe. Please keep in mind that most fabrics have a sporadic design and you will not get the same exact pair pictured. The process can make the shoes tighter and I recommend going up 1/2 shoe size. International buyers take full responsibility for selecting the correct "US" shoe size for purchase.
