Standing in a blank canvas, trying to find a voice that feels true to who I am today. Being a designer means more than knowing how to make a piece of clothing. It means having something to say - an opinion that travels with whatever you choose to put on. In the last decade, a mom@with young children, I stopped caring. I was always in a hurry dressing for the next thing not for myself. Lately I have had more room in my life to care again. It feels indulgent but exciting, What we choose to wear is one of the few daily decisions that are entirely ours. Caring about it isn’t vanity. It’s attention, and attention paid to yourself is never wasted.

Sister day everyday. We all need a cheerleader in life. It’s easy to get lost in the expectations, the exhaustion and exhilaration of being a mom, wife, daughter, woman.
