TRACY LYNN - STRONG AND FLEXIBLE BODY MAGIC:

Imagine stirring your bellydance, yoga, and Pilates skills into a pot, a recipe for flexible and strong body magic.

This 1.5-hour multi-modality workshop is designed for bellydancers to build their strength and flexibility. We’ll take the physical components of yoga asana and Pilates, intertwine the fluidity and sharpness of fusion bellydance over them, and dive into the muscle, fascia, and breath beneath. Expect to leave more connected, grounded, and dynamic on stage.

BELLADONNA BLADE - SWORD SORCERY

The sword is a weapon, a tool, and a symbol—an object humans have carried for protection, power, ceremony, status, and transformation. In the hands of a dancer, it becomes a partner, an extension of the body, and a powerful instrument for expression.

In Sword Sorcery, Belladonna — the Baroness of Blades and creatrix of the Boho Blade sword system— invites you to explore the magic, mystery, and power of dancing with a sword.

Dreams coming true at !
Since the first time I heard ‘s album Drum Therapy, I was calling in an opportunity to perform with him. An all time favorite artist I listen to on repeat, often. When I saw he had been added to the line up last minute on Saturday due to another artist not being able to make it, and that he was open to performers collaborating, I instantly jumped at the chance! What a magical alignment indeed.. Especially because I was listening to his discography as I drove into Shambhala for my first time! 🔮 so epic.
