It been over a year since my last post. Not much going on. But today I can finally say I own a VW. After years of watching my Coleman buddies cruise around. Saw this one at an auction and had to have it. 1971 Type 3 Variant E, RHD Squareback. It looks good and sounded pretty nice. I pick it up tomorrow fingers crossed.

Happy 4th of July! I picked these up at an auction today. An early 1960's Coleman Diamond-logo Cooler and a 1960's chrome plated Vapalux Model 320 Lantern. Good prices on both. Check out the logo on the cooler. It's a decal instead of a metal badge. Canadian maybe? #コールマン #コールマンクーラーボックス

Slowly settling down in England. This is my new Lantern Workstation and tiny rebuild shop located under the stairs in our apartment. Not as convient as my garage back in San Diego, but it gets the job done. Rebuilding a Coleman 242NL and a 241A right now. Waiting in line to get into IKEA-land. It's takes 1-hour to get to the front door from here. I hope this ride is worth the wait. Our next ride is McDonald's, but that's going to take an hour in line as well. Life is like an amusement park here in COVID-19 WORLD!😷
