Oh the chaos of motherhood.

Sometimes you want to tear out your hair.
Other times you want to scream.
Then there's times you just want to curl up in a ball and cry.

Most of us wouldn't change it for the world, though. Why? Because the happier times sure do outbeat the trying times.

Our babies smiles and giggles make it all better. Their warm hugs melt our hearts. The loving words that come from their mouths make us smile from ear to ear.

Motherhood is hard and yet so satisfying.

In a world where there is so many opinions of who you should be, you should be who God called you to be.

God made you uniquely YOU. You have gifts and talents that need to be shared with this world 🌎.

In Psalm 139:14 it says that we are fearfully and wonderfully made aka YOU.

In 1 Timothy 4:4 it says that everything God created is good aka YOU.

In Ephesians 2:10 it says that we are His workmanship created in Christ aka YOU.

So you see, when God made you it was for a purpose. So today I hope you read this and start doing YOU!

How did she do it?

She kept going.

Everytime she was knocked down, she got back up.

Everytime she was told she was nothing, she knew better and shut out the noise.

Everytime she was pushed into a corner, she reached out to Jesus and He pulled her out.

You see, she knew if she kept reaching out to God, she would never be left astray. She also knew that things may not be how she would've wanted them to be worked out, but she trusted her Daddy in Heaven. He knows better than we ever will.

So today I want you to know that...

Imagine if you loved yourself.

No, seriously. Imagine if 1 day you decided that you were going to start appreciating how God created you. That you were going to look in the mirror, smile and thank God that He chose YOU to grace everyone with YOUR presence.

Loving yourself is not a vanity thing. Not even close! It's being confident in knowing who you are and Who's you belong to. God is the King of kings and you, my dear, are His daughter. His Princess. Royalty. Now that's FANCY!!

Because that's how we roll around here!

February is here and it's a short month, so let's make it a great month.

The kind of month you take action and start putting YOU first!

It's not a selfish act. It's a necessary one. Why? Because without you being at your best, no one around you will be at their best. I mean, you know that saying, "When mama's not happy, nobody's happy." It's a real thing!

So today I challenge you to do something that will make your heart ❤ happy this month. A bath. Reading a good book. Going for a walk. Coloring. Listening to your fave music full blast. The possibilities are endless!

Remember, you are just as important as the people you love and care about around you!

Happy Monday dolls! Now let's go make February a great one!

You know, loving God, praying, going to church and everything in between doesn't mean you're perfect. It means that you're NOT perfect and you need His grace for what you face daily.

I mean, let's keep it real, I personally fail everyday. I may go from reading my Bible 1 minute to being bothered by someone and I step into my flesh. Meaning, I may say or do something that I shouldn't have. Uh oh....imagine that?!

The great thing is that Jesus loves us anyway. Sigh....thank You!! See, that's just it. Being in a relationship with Jesus doesn't mean you have to be on your very best behavior. It means, be yourself and God will be with you every step of the way to gently remind you of who you are. He'll whisper to you how to handle that situation the next time you feel like letting your inner gangster come out. LOL...just keeping it real!

So today just remember, even though you may be somewhere between a Proverbs 31 woman and Tupac, God still loves you unconditionally ❤.

The name of my brand came from a verse in the bible that remind me of who I am, who YOU are. In 1 Peter 2:9, it says that we are chosen, a royal priesthood, God’s very own.
