More than 80% of SF’s economy is made up of small businesses, and every storefront, pop-up, café, and side hustle represents someone taking a chance on their dream.

For years, Homeless Prenatal Program – Our House has been woven into different chapters of my life. I’ve been a client, a volunteer, an employee… honestly at this point they probably be like "Is Tanya here again?!" They can't get rid of me!

But jokes aside, this is truly one of the most incredible places in San Francisco for pregnant women and families to receive support, resources, community, and compassion.

What makes this place special isn’t just the services. It’s the way people are treated. From parenting support to housing resources to simply having people who genuinely see you… it matters.

I’ve experienced this organization from almost every angle possible, and that’s exactly why I continue to show up. Because places like this change lives. They changed mine too.

If you’re in a position to give, donate, volunteer, share their work, or support in any way you can, please do. Programs like this are lifelines for women and children in our city

Sometimes the smallest act of support becomes the reason someone keeps going.

I had the opportunity to attend Rethink the Runway during SF Climate Week, and I’m still sitting with how intentional and inspiring it felt.

What stood out to me most was the collaboration.
Designers, organizers, partners, and community all coming together to rethink how we create, consume, and connect.
Kudos

As someone who works closely with small businesses and community centered work, this event felt aligned with everything I believe in.

You can tell my favorite workshop was on shoe repair by JW and Jeff from hella dope and needed. I'm definitely looking at my kicks differently moving forward.

Grateful to have been in the room.

Grateful to witness what’s possible when creativity meets consciousness.
